Still did not have enough fun during Picture Hunt? Join us for this YOUcampaign Planning Camp! An event not only to plan the remaining YOUcampaign activities but also to gather once again as one body to have fun and get excited about this whole journey.

Things to bring:
- The usual stayover stuff needed for 3D2N activities
- Your spirit of fun and enthusiasm

I hope you guys enjoyed this clip. Maybe we should do it as part of our YOUphoria opening dance? hahahahahaha
But as I watched this, I realised that creativity has no boundaries, even a simple treadmill can be turned into such a wonderful dance equipment. This really inspires me to think out of the box for the programming of Primers, and even more so, how we want to fashion this family to be.

Baby Ignez story

Guys just a introduction to this cute little baby. Her name is Ignez Lee. Does she looks familiar? esp like someone you know?
She is Danny and Evelyn's daughter.
Just a little more trivial about her, do you know she was with SP.Primers since our very first Night Cycling 2 years back? hahahaha. Unknown to all of us, Eve was pregnant in her first few weeks and none of us knew about it. So she went to cycle with us overnight, PREGNANT with Ignez!! And what a tropper she is because both baby and mother came out alright. hahahaha

Well I am posting this photo to remind us, about this upcoming BBQ that we are going to have, it will fall on Ignez's One Year Old BIRTHDAY BASH!! So as we are celebrating with the freshies who are joining us and baby's birthday also, let us remember the sacrifices that Danny and Eve has also put into creating this family!

Another added thing that you can do, if you really think Ignez is cute, she is up for a competition that will end by this week.

A Wooden Bowl

Dear Primers, I was clearing my email boxes one day and i found this entry, just wanna share with you guys and hope you think thru' your life as you read this too k.

A frail old man went to live with his son, daughter-in-law, and four year old grandson. The old man's hands trembled, his eyesight was blurred,and his step faltered.

The family ate together at the table. But the elderly grandfather's shaky hands and failing sight made eating difficult. Peas rolled off his spoon onto the floor. When he grasped the glass, milk spilled on the tablecloth.

The son and daughter-in-law became irritated with the mess. "We must do something about Grandfather," said the son. I've had enough of his spilled milk, noisy eating,
and food on the floor.

So the husband and wife set a small table in the corner. There, Grandfather ate alone while the rest of the family enjoyed dinner. Since Grandfather had broken a dish or two, his food was served in a wooden bowl.

When the family glanced in Grandfather's direction, sometimes he had a tear in his eye as he sat alone. Still, the only words the couple had for him were sharp admonitions when he dropped a fork or spilled food.

The four year old watched it all in silence. One evening before supper, the father noticed his son playing with wood scraps on the floor. He asked the child sweetly, "What are you making?" Just as sweetly, the boy responded, "Oh, I am making a little bowl for you and Mama to eat your food in when I grow up." The four year old smiled and went back to work.

The words so struck the parents that they were speechless. Then tears started to stream down their cheeks. Though no word was spoken, both knew what must be done.

That evening the husband took Grandfather's hand and gently led him back to the family table. For the remainder of his days he ate every meal with the family. And for some reason, neither husband nor wife seemed to care any longer when a fork was dropped, milk spilled, or the tablecloth soiled.

On a positive note, I've learned that, no matter what happens or how bad it seems today, life does go on, and it will be better tomorrow.

I've learned that, regardless of your relationship with your parents, you'll miss them when they're gone from your life.

I've learned that making a "living" is not the same thing as making a "life." I've learned that life sometimes gives you a second chance.

I've learned that you shouldn't go through life with a catcher's mitt on both hands. You need to be able to throw something back.

I've learned that if you pursue happiness, it will elude you. But, if you focus on your family, your friends, the needs of others, your work and doing the very best you can, happiness will find you.

I've learned that whenever I decide something with an open heart, I usually make the right decision.

I've learned that even when I have pains, I don't have to be one.

People love that human touch - holding hands, a warm hug, or just a friendly pat on the back.

I've learned that I still have a lot to learn.

I am thinking of my Grandpa

I was watching this video clip and i was wondering how my granddads were. Well i think most of you do not know that i have never seen my grandfathers, both my mom and my dad's side.
Both my grandpas passed away before i was born. And i think i will like my granddad, becos i know they will dote on me. Buy me stuff that my parents will not get for me and really bring me out to have all the fun i want! Becos they are my granddad!

And recently someone said to me this that we always like our granddad precisely the granddad is the one who spoilds the child because the granddad do not have to discipline the child. Its the dad's responsiblity.
It made alot of sense to me at least, because somethings having a dad or a child for the matter is not all fun. The father will discipline the child becos he loves the child, and you have to discipline the child becos you love the child.

This applies to sometimes us in a Primers context. Especially when things are not done rightly, sloppy job standards, wrong attitude towards fellow com members, etc etc. And at times I will come down hard on people and especially harder on those i care more! So guys I want you to see my heart at times, its really not easy to be a bad guy, but its necessary. And its also a teaching for you when u take care of the next generation of leaders, you will do the same too!
