Want a chance to be part of Singapore's annual biggest party event and much more? Now, here's your chance to join NDP 09 as Motivators through SP.Primers!

Basic Requirements is to come for:
1) Welcome Party (8 May, 1830hours, MLT 12)
2) Primers Orientation Camp (15 – 17 May))
3) Primers Award Night (21 May)

and fill up the following forms (yeah we know there are many):
1) NDP Motivators Registration Forms
2) POC Sign Up Form + $15
3) SP Indemnity Form
4) High Elements Indemnity Form
5) Blue Sign Up Form

(ALL To be submitted by 8 May 1800hours)

Where to get the forms?
You can do so at our booth during CCA drive.

Venue : Sports Hall (Near Food Court 5)
Date : 6th May (Wed) to 8th May (Fri)
Time : 10:30am to 6pm.

Briefing will be done during our event, 'Colouring Soon' - Welcome Party '09
Attendance is a must if you are interested to join us as NDP '09 Motivaters.
