Greetings to all members of the family! The Primers Orientation Camp committee will be having a booth set up to collect the following items if you are going for the camp:
1) Indemnity Form (signed by parent/guardian)
2) SGD $10.00
3) Detail Form (which you can get at the booth too)
The booth operating details are as follows:
Date: 12 (Monday) and 14 (Wednesday) of May 08.
Time: 1200 to 1700hrs
Venue: FC5
