Dates: Every Wednesday from 6th January 2010 to 24th March 2010
Time: 1600hrs – 1900hrs
Venue: Singapore Polytechnic Sports Stadium
Attire: anything comfortable for running
The Training will be at Stadium but we will be meeting at primers' room to put down their belongings first.
