We are Imba enough to tahan RIOcamp!

This camp had taught me a lot of stuffs that's out of the text.
Being away from water and electricity that we could easily get it from the mainland, to a place full of mosquitoes and crickets, limited water supply and electricity, I learnt how fortunate we are.

This camp left me with a lot of good memories as well.
Firstly, is the cooking of meals. Everyone played their part in preparing the meals. This results to us having heart-warming meals. And I realised, guys can cook as good as the girls! Secondly, is the talent time, where everyone contributed ideas to make the skit a success.

Although we didn’t have much time to practice, i think all of us did a very good job!
Thirdly, is the walk to Chek Jawa . Our water was depleting, yet no matter how thirsty we were, we still shared our water around. We're bonded through these bits and pieces, and we learnt how to CARE, SHARE & WAIT.

Not forgetting those committees as well, planning and leading a camp isn’t an easy job, and to think that they'd to take each camper's safety into account. Without all of you, this camp wouldn’t be a success. Great job doneee!

ROUGH IT OUT TOGETHER AGAIN!

I feel that RIO CAMP 2009 had been a success, we did fulfilled the 3 values. That is to Care, Share & Wait. Some of us started off as strangers. However for the 3 days 2 nights it had really bond the campers. It is totally a new experience for all of us to camp in a kampong.

I also believe that all of us had learnt some important facts about our nature during the coastal cleanup. And I am really impress with one of the officer, for sharing a story that make us understand even we can't clear all those litters out there, our effort still does make a difference!

To end off, I would like to thank the people who had contributed their time and effort to make this camp an enjoyable one!
Especially to my dear GL Xiao min!

Looking forward for the next 2010 RIO CAMP and other events!
IMBA we have survived!
